The introduction of the Packaging Solution Center at Atlantic brings so many more capabilities for our customers to ensure their packaging performs as expected.
TRUMOTION TRANSPORTATION SIMULATOR
The TruMotion Transportation Simulator is designed to simulate real-world transit conditions including over the road trucking routes as well as transit via ships and trains and airplanes. It uses a field data recorder to capture the effects of motion, impact, and vibration. We then re-create that route on the TruMotion Table and analyze exactly where and how unit load packaging holds up in these conditions.
TRUMOTION BRAKING & IMPACT SLED
The Braking & Impact Test Sled applies acceleration and deceleration forces to a unit load to replicate how it will react when these dynamic forces are applied in real life. Using cameras to capture the motion, we can slow it down and analyze the point of load shifting to understand where that shift is occurring and where the loads are failing.

MASKING AREA
Our automotive customers have many needs when it comes to supplies for the masking area. Because safety is a top priority in these manufacturing facilities and safety gear is a strict requirement, personal protective equipment (PPE) items are usually at the top of the list.
