The DF-11A strapping machine offers a cycle time of 1.6 seconds (depending on arch/package size) and it applies up to 37 straps per minute while maintaining a dramatic reduction in machine downtime and required maintenance.
This strapping machine can be integrated into an existing conveyor system, minimizing the need for hand strapping and eliminating unnecessary package handling.
Utilizing powered belts on the table tops and photo switches, this unit can place up to two straps onto packages automatically. The dispenser is internally located which minimizes the required floor space. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
