Our Wellness Program
CONNECTION
To prioritize health and well-being for all employees, the Wellness Program at Atlantic Packaging was officially implemented in 2012. Our well-being program focuses on four main pillars: Connection, Nourishment, Movement, and Purpose. Being healthy is so much more than one’s physical health, and at Atlantic, we aim to incorporate the whole person into our wellness strategy.
NOURISHMENT
We support our employee’s well-being journey through a variety of programs and resources. This includes an on-site health center, a dedicated behavioral health specialist, health coaches, and fitness facilities at many of our locations. We offer countless webinars and lunch-and-learns on an array of health-related topics. We drive engagement with incentives encouraging preventive care like annual physicals and age/gender specific screenings. We also like to focus on having fun through challenges that address a wide variety of health behaviors from walking to sleeping.

PURPOSE
We believe that true wellness goes beyond a program. It’s about incorporating healthy habits into daily routines and creating a work environment conducive to healthy living. Our wellness program continues to evolve just like a person’s health journey, and we are excited to see the successes of this program in changing the lives of our employees.
