As we close out 2025, Atlantic Packaging is excited to celebrate our milestones, challenges, and triumphs that have shaped our journey this year. With our 80th anniversary on the horizon, this year’s refelction is a celebration of our people, our progress, and our unwavering commitment to sustainability and community.

Honoring Our Legacy, Embracing the Future

Founded in 1946, Atlantic is preparing to celebrate 80 years of family leadership, innovation, and growth. This year’s review opens with gratitude for every individual who calls Atlantic home and contributes their best each day. Our story is your story, and together, we’re turning the corner into our 80th year with pride and anticipation.

Each Atlantic branch came together in December to celebrate the holidays, sharing moments of gratitude and appreciation for one another. These gatherings were a chance to reflect on the year, strengthen our bonds, and recognize the dedication and teamwork that make Atlantic such a special place to work.

 

 

 Highlights from 2025

  • Welcoming New Faces and New Opportunities:This year, we welcomed many new team members across sales, support, and manufacturing, including the Dixie Converting team in Carrollton, Georgia, following a strategic acquisition that expanded our industrial converting operations. To all our new colleagues: you’ve joined Atlantic at an incredibly exciting time, and we’re thrilled to have you on board.
  • Transformational Growth Across Our Business: Atlantic cemented its reputation as the authority and trusted advisor on sustainable packaging, helping customers navigate new challenges like Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws through webinars and resources that reached hundreds of industry leaders. Our e-commerce fulfillment and retail verticals saw solid growth, highlighted by the launch of a fiber-based automated mailing system and major strides in fiber-based conversions, with the Atlantic Solution Center team playing a crucial role in product design and testing.
  • Manufacturing Excellence and Milestones: Our Printing and Converting division successfully started up paper thermoforming with Paperform, producing over 4 million trays, while our air filtration team produced 400 million die cut air filter frames, representing 60% of North America’s air filters.
  • Sustainability at the Core: Sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do. Our recycling initiatives, including the PCR and stretch film recycling program, reflect our commitment to cutting waste and doing the right thing for our customers and the planet. Fishbone, our sustainable beverage packaging, is now featured on retail shelves across North America, a proud moment for our team and a testament to our impact.
  • Community, Collaboration, and Culture: Events like See Change Sessions in Burlington, Vermont, and our third year as presenting partner of Coast Summit brought together industry leaders to share values and inspire change. A New Earth Project continued to evolve, amplifying our values communication framework and driving collaboration with partners across the consumer brands industry.

Our investments in new technologies and unwavering focus on sustainability will drive growth and innovation.
