Protecting our Future

“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors,

we borrow it from our children.”

“At Atlantic Packaging, sustainability embodies the profound recognition that our choices today will influence the legacy we leave for future generations. It is our solemn responsibility to safeguard the interests of those who will follow us, necessitating decisions that conserve resources, shield ecosystems, and foster enduring opportunities. By wholeheartedly embracing sustainability, we pledge to cultivate a world that our descendants—generations yet unborn—will inherit, one that is vibrant, resilient, and brimming with potential.”

ATLANTIC PACKAGING PART OF LANDMARK CONSERVATION EFFORT

“This project is of incomparable scale and extraordinary impact”

We are deeply proud to be part of a landmark achievement for conservation and community in South Carolina! The Pee Dee Basin Initiative has permanently protected over 62,000 acres of forested land along the Pee Dee, Santee, and Black Rivers. This is the largest conservation easement in state history.

This milestone not only secures vital habitats and supports rural economies, but also sets a new standard for collaborative, large-scale conservation. Thank you to all our partners for making this vision a reality!
