At Atlantic Packaging, we’re excited to announce the return of our Get Outside Nature Challenge, running from April 1st to April 30th. This initiative is designed to encourage everyone to spend more time outdoors and experience the wonderful numerous benefits that nature has to offer. We encourage you play along with us!
The Healing Power of Nature
Spending time in nature is more than just a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Research has shown that just 20 minutes a day outside can have profound impacts on our health and well-being. Here are some of the benefits you can expect:
- Reduced Stress: Nature has a calming effect that can help lower stress levels and improve overall mood.
- Improved Mood: Exposure to natural environments can enhance your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Join the Fun
For the month of April, we are challenging our employees to spend at least 20 minutes outside each day. This would be a great time for you to set your intentions with spending time outside, too! Whether it’s a walk in the park, a hike in the woods, or simply enjoying your backyard, every minute counts. The goal is to accumulate a total of 600 minutes of outdoor time by the end of the month.
